Refund policy
For customers resident in countries that are not part of the European Union:
If the Consumer decides to use the pre-paid and pre-filled DHL label provided by the Seller, the seller will withhold a flat rate amount (as a return charge) from the refund of the returned product or products, equal to the shipping costs of the original order and any customs costs due by law.
1. Accepted payment methods
We accept the following types of payment:
Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit/debit cards;
PayPal;
Bank transfer*.
All transactions are made in the currency of the shipping country.
All payment data entered at the time of the order are protected by the most modern security protocols, encrypted and unreadable by third parties.
* For payments by bank transfer, the shipping days must be counted from the moment the transaction is confirmed by the bank. Please allow 2-3 additional days compared to standard times.
2. Refund method for returns
Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the purchase. For orders paid by bank transfer, the refund will be made to the same IBAN.
From the moment we receive your return, we will need a few days to verify that all return conditions have been respected.
We will then send you an email to confirm acceptance of the return and sending the refund.
3. Timing for reimbursement
Refunds are requested as soon as possible after acceptance of the return. You should see the credit back within 7 days of our confirmation email.
