In our online boutique you can find a careful selection of products chosen directly from our historic store in Milan. You will be able to easily navigate between the fashion sections of the site, discover exclusive models and capsules from emerging and international designers.
Our Customer Service is available to respond to your needs, helping you in the purchasing process and giving you a unique and personalized shopping experience, like boutiques.
b. How do I choose my size?
In the product details you will always find the size indicated on the item's tag. Consult our Size Guide to see the international conversion table and get more information on fit.
c. Is it possible to modify or cancel my order?
To guarantee quick delivery, we start preparing your order as soon as we receive confirmation of your online purchase. For this reason it is not possible for us to cancel or modify orders that have already been confirmed. If you want to change something or have simply changed your mind, you can easily request a return after delivery. You will receive a full refund for the price of the returned products.

b. What are the shipping times and costs?
All orders are shipped from Italy via DHL courier with Express service.
Italy, San Marino and the Vatican
Shipping is always free and you can choose from the following options:
Delivery to a private address: delivery in 1 - 2 working days.
Pick up at the Gio Moretti store (via della Spiga 4, Milan): collection available in 1 working day.
Europe
Delivery in 1 - 2 working days. Cost per order: €15.00. Free for orders of an amount equal to or greater than €500.00.
Canada and the United States
Delivery in 3 working days. Cost per order: $30.00.
Non-EU countries
Delivery in 3 working days. Cost per order: €35.00.
The courier delivers during working days (Monday-Friday), with the exclusion of national and local holidays.
Orders are neither shipped nor delivered on weekends and holidays.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the courier and location. Make sure you have chosen the shipping country before starting your purchase.
c. How can I track the shipment of my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the shipment tracking number. You can check the status of the shipment at any time on the courier's website: www.logistics.dhl
For any questions or needs related to shipping, we invite you to contact the courier directly (you can find the contact details of the branch closest to you on the website www.logistics.dhl).
d. Is a signature required on delivery?
The courier always requires a signature upon delivery. It is therefore important to choose an address where you or someone else can be present during office hours (for example, at a concierge or in an office).
If no one is available to sign at the order delivery address, the courier will leave a notice and schedule a new delivery the next day. After two failed delivery attempts, the order will be deposited at a DHL Service Point.
If you prefer to collect your order directly in the boutique, the service is available at our shop in Milan in Via della Spiga, 4. You can choose this option at the time of purchase.
And. Is VAT included in the price of the product?
European Union countries and the United States
All prices include VAT and any taxes or duties imposed by the courier. You will not have to pay any additional amount upon delivery.
Non-EU countries and Canada
Customs clearance costs are borne by the customer: you will therefore have to pay any duties or taxes directly to the courier before receiving the order.
It is not possible for us to calculate these amounts before delivery, nor to refund them in the event of a return.
4. Returns
to. What is your return policy?
If you decide not to keep one or more products from your order, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Contact our Customer Service to receive the return authorization and all the information necessary for reshipment.
We ask you to read our return conditions carefully:
The product must be new and in the same condition in which you received it; It must not have been modified or washed and must have all original labels and Security Tag. Any accessories or special packaging must be intact and included in the package.
The return authorization must be requested within 14 days of delivery of the order.
The package must be sent or delivered to the Gio Moretti boutique within 10 days of the return authorization by our Customer Service.
The package must be shipped from the same country where you received the order.
We recommend that you try on the garments with the utmost care and only wear the shoes on a carpet; damaged items cannot be refunded.
Any products that do not comply with these conditions will be returned at your expense to the order delivery address.
We cannot currently offer size and/or color exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, you can buy it back directly online.
b. How do I request a return authorization?
Contact Customer Service within 14 days of order delivery to request return authorization.
Remember to specify your order number and delivery country to facilitate the process.
Customer Service will provide you with all the necessary information, including the contact details of the DHL courier and the reshipment methods (remember that you have 10 days from authorization to leave the return with the courier.
Keep the prepaid return label present in the package at the time of delivery: you will need it for free collection with DHL.
c. How is the return sent?
After receiving the return authorization from our Customer Service, simply follow these simple instructions:
Place the items in a sturdy box (the original box you received your order in or a similar one)
Attach the return label provided with your order to the outside of the box. Be sure to cover or remove any other labels on the package.
Contact the courier (www.logistics.dhl) to organize collection or take the package to the nearest DHL Service Point.
Return shipping with DHL has a fixed cost, equal to the price of delivery of the order. The DHL return label is prepaid and filled in with our address, so the return collection will be completely free.
The cost of shipping will simply be deducted from your refund total.
For orders delivered in Italy, it is possible to return them free of charge to the Gio Moretti store in Via della Spiga 4, Milan.
Our boutique assistants will collect your return and ship the items to our warehouse; the refund procedure will be carried out on the same payment method for the purchase as soon as the return is accepted.
5. Payments and refunds
to. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following types of payment:
Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit/debit cards;
PayPal;
Bank transfer*.
All transactions are made in the currency of the shipping country.
All payment data entered at the time of the order are protected by the most modern security protocols, encrypted and unreadable by third parties.
* For payments by bank transfer, the shipping days must be counted from the moment the transaction is confirmed by the bank. Please allow 2-3 additional days compared to standard times.
b. How will I receive a refund for my return?
Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the purchase. For orders paid by bank transfer, the refund will be made to the same IBAN.
From the moment we receive your return, we will need a few days to verify that all return conditions have been respected.
We will then send you an email to confirm acceptance of the return and sending the refund.
c. How soon will I receive the refund?
Refunds are requested as soon as possible after acceptance of the return. You should see the credit back within 7 days of our confirmation email.
These times may vary depending on local banking procedures and the payment method chosen.
